In accordance with the Guidelines for the Inclusion of Civil Society Organisations in Working Groups for Drafting Public Policy Documents and Regulations (The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 8, 31 January 2020), the Ministry of Justice would like to inform the public of its intention to form a working group which will draft an operational plan for preventing corrupting in special-risk areas — customs, local self-government, privatisation, public procurement, and the police.
Guided by the principle of inclusivity, the Ministry of Justice has decided to include formally the relevant civil society organisations holding the expertise in the listed areas of high risk of corruption in the work of the said Working Group. To that end, a public call to civil society organisations to submit nominations of candidacy for a membership of the Working Group has been published on the websites of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue.
