Within the EU project "EU for Justice – Support for Chapter 23 ", which provides support to the Ministry of Justice in strengthening its capacity necessary to implement the measures and activities stated in the Chapter 23 Action Plan, a Booklet - " NEGOTIATING
CHAPTER 23 - Legal certainty, easier access to justice and protection of rights of all citizens" was created.
The Booklet follows the negotiation process under Chapter 23 and provides an overview of the most significant measures implemented and the objectives achieved in accordance with the Chapter 23 Action Plan.
