Born September 10th, 1976 in Belgrade. Graduated Belgrade University Faculty of Law, 1999.
Law clerk 1999-2001. Passed Juridicial Examination in 2002. Post-graduate student of Belgrade University Faculty of Law.
Deputy Secretary to the Ministry of Justice and Local Self-Administration, 2001- 2002; Private Secretary of the Minister of Justice and Local Self-Administration, 2002-2003.
General Secretary of the War Crimes Prosecution Service, 2004-2007.
Author of numerous projects dealing with the judiciary. Participated in working groups drafting diverse legislation and in many seminars and international conferences on international humanitarian law, war crimes in the region, fighting corruption and organised crime and the public administration.
Appointed State Secretary in November 2007.
Slobodan Homen - State Secretary
b. Belgrade, 19th April 1972. Grad. Belgrade University Faculty of Law. Passed Juridicial Examination 2001.
Completed John F. Kennedy School of Government Executive Network Program at Harvard University, 2001.
Engaged in private law practice 1996-2007, as law clerk and then lawyer.
Lectured at numerous seminars, including Economies of the Transition Countries (Washington, USIP), the World Peace Forum (Japan), the World Movement for Democracy (NED).
Appointed Assistant Minister in November 2007.

Gordana Pualić - State Secretary

b. Subotica , 13th March 1956. Grad. Belgrade University Faculty of Law 1980. Passed Juridicial Examination 1985.
Employed as legal expert in “ZTP Beograd”. Engaged in private law practice as lawyer.
President of Executive Board of Municipality Cukarica, 1997-2000.
State Secretary in Ministry of Local Self Government
The Secretary of Judicial Training Center until appointed State Secretary in Ministry of Justice in July 2008.

Ivana Markovic - The Secretary
She was born on 15th July 1979 in Belgrade.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in 2005 and in 2007 acquired the degree 'Specialist for EU' at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade.
From July 2007 to April 2011 she was performing duties as a Chief of Cabinet Minister of Justice. Passed Jurisdictional Examination in 2009.
As a Secretary, she was appointed in April 2011. She is married and has one child.
Jagoda Jelicic – Assistant Minister for Material and Financial Affairs
Born on 2nd December 1970 in Belgrade.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade in 2005, module-Business Finance and Administration. She passed the exam and obtained the title of Certified Accountant and Auditor in 2001.
From 1998 to 2006, she was working in the private sector in the field related to the economy as an accountant.
From 2006 to 2011, has been working in the Prosecutor' Office for War Crimes, at the working position of Associate for bookkeeping.
She was appointed as a Assistant Minister of Justice for Material and Financial Affairs on 1st January 2011.
Vojkan Simić - Assistant Minister in Charge of Normative Affairs and International Cooperation

b. Prokuplje, 1961. Grad. Belgrade University Faculty of Law, 1987.
Passed Juridicial Examination 1991.
Judge of the First Municipal Court in Belgrade till 2001.
President of the First Municipal Court in Belgrade, 2001-2005.
Involved in private law practice 2005-2008 as lawyer.
Appointed Assistant Minister in September 2008.

Dejan Pašić - Assistant Minister in Charge of Information Technology

Born on 26th July 1973 in Belgrade. Graduated Belgrade University Faculty of Law,1997. Passed bar exam in Belgrade in 2000.
Worked at Commercial court in Belgrade from 1998 to 2004.
From 2004 to 2007 worked as legal advisor on the USAID CCASA project in Serbia (Commercial Court Administration Strengthening Activity). Participated in unification of automated court performance in 17 commercial courts, as legal and ICT coordinator on the Project.
Lecturer on professional development seminars.
Author of expert papers regarding standardized automated court performance in 77 commercial, basic and higher courts, court units and results of ICT project activities on Portal of Serbian Courts.
He was appointed as a Assistant Minister of Justice at Sector for Operation and Technologies in November 2007.
He speaks English.
Married and has one child.
Jelica Pajovic - Assistant Minister for Sector of Justice
Born on 27th October 1960 in Uzice. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade on 25th February 1984.
Passed Jurisdictional Examination in 1989.
From 1984 to 1996, she was working in the authorities of the Municipality of Uzice, at different positions as an Adviser, Senior Adviser and Deputy Head of Department.
From 1996 when was appointed as a judge of Municipality Court in Uzice, she has spent thirteen years in Department of Civil Matters. Also, she was a member of Second Instance Council in the process of execution.
In 2002, as a member of the Yugoslavian judges’ team, she has been participating in Seminar in Montreal within Program in support of impartial and independent judiciary.
Also, participating in various Seminars and Conferences organized by the international organizations and local institutions within projects of rule of law and improvement of access to justice in the Republic of Serbia.
Addition to that, having been appointed as a member of the Managing Board of Judges' Association of Serbia.
Her appointment as an Assistant Minister for Sector of Justice has been on 16th December 2010.
Jugoslav Stojiljković - Director of the Directorate for Management of Seized and Confiscated Assets

Born in Kosovska Mitrovica on November 24th, 1959. Graduated at Niš University- Faculty of Law in 1987. Passed Juridical Examination in 2001.
Manager of legal and personnel affairs in the firm "FIAZ", until 2001.
Secretary of the Municipal Assembly in Prokuplje, 2001-2003; from 2003 held the post of the Head of the Municipal Administration in Prokuplje.
Secretary of the Ministry of Justice from November 2007 till January 2009.
Appointed Director of the Directorate for Management of Seized and Confiscated Assets by the Government of the Republic of Serbia on January 15, 2009.
Milan Obradović - Director of the Administration for Enforcement of Penal Sanctions

b. Beograd, 1960. Grad. Belgrade University Faculty of Law.
Employed in Police Department in Belgrade till 2000 and Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs till 2001.
Section Head of Police Department in Belgrade, 2001-2004.
Appointed Director of the Administration for Enforcement of Penal Sanctions in October 2008.

Slobodan Bošković – Аssistant Мinister for European integration and international projects
Born on 19.04.1978 in Koper. Graduated in 2002 at the Nottingham Trent University with a BA (Hons) in International Political Studies. Completed postgraduate studies in 2007 obtaining a master’s degree in Democracy and Human Rights in South East Europe (ERMA) of the University of Bologna and University of Sarajevo.
Worked as a consultant in civil society and private sector, as well as in state administration and international organizations.
Fluent in English and Italian language.
Slavoljub Caric – Assistant Minister in Sector for the representation the Republic of Serbia in European Court of Human Rights and as a representative of the Republic of Serbia in European Court of Human Rights
He was born on 13th November 1962 in Smederevo. Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 1986, acquired MA in 1993 and in 2005 PhD in the international law. In 1988 passed Jurisdictional Examination.
From 1987 to 1998, he was working in the Second Municipality Court in Belgrade, then in the District Court in Belgrade as a trainee, associate and later as a judge.
From November 1998 to 2006, he was working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia and Montenegro, as a First Secretary and Councilor. From 2002 to 2006 was working as a counselor of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia/Serbia and Montenegro in Hague before the international judicial institutions, and participating in proceedings before the ICTFY and International Court of Justice of Hague.
Since January 2006, he has been the representative of the Republic of Serbia before European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg and the representative of Republic of Serbia in the Steering Committee for Human Rights.
He continued his studies in international law, human rights and EU law at the Hague Academy of International Law, the Academy of European Law in Trier, the College of Europe in Bridge, the National Administration School (ENA) as a scholar of the French Government.
A lecturer on many Seminars and Conferences, also an author of many scientific articles, five books on international law and human rights.
From September 2008, he was performing the duty as an Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and from March 2011 in the Ministry of Justice.
He speaks English, French, Spanish and Dutch.
Married and has one child.
